Gonkho མགོན་ཁོ།
Gonkho is a seasoned Tibetan travel professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the tourism industry. He is the founder and owner of a boutique travel agency in Tibet, established as part of Mystic Tibet Tour, a reputable Tibetan tour company known for its expertise and local knowledge.
Born in the Western Sichuan Tibetan region, Gonkho is a fluent speaker of Tibetan, English, and Chinese, which enables him to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and partners. He is an accomplished photographer and has been guiding trekking trips since 2005, demonstrating his deep connection to outdoor activities and adventure tourism.
His passions include Tibetan Buddhism, Tibetan culture, nomadic lifestyles, and the natural environment of Tibet. Gonkho’s extensive background in managing travel operations and organizing tours highlights his professionalism and dedication to providing authentic and enriching Tibetan travel experiences.
Namchen བཙན་ལྷ་རྣམ་མཁྱེན།
Namchen is a dedicated Tibetan professional hailing from Chongchuk, Amdo, with a distinguished academic background in Tibetan Literature. His deep-rooted connection to Tibetan culture and heritage fuels his passion for sharing and promoting the rich traditions of his homeland.
With extensive experience as a tour guide, Namchen possesses in-depth knowledge of Tibetan regions and a comprehensive understanding of the travel industry. His expertise enables him to craft authentic and engaging experiences for travelers, highlighting the unique aspects of Tibetan culture, history, and landscapes.
An adventurous spirit and a genuine love for exploration characterize Namchen’s approach to his work. He is particularly passionate about Tibetan music and dance, showcasing his talent and interest in these cultural expressions.

Chemey Wangyal འཆི་མེད་དབང་རྒྱལ།
I was born in Tibet and grew up with nomadic family. I studied English, Tibetan, Buddhism and Tibetan culture many years in school. I have been tour guide because I enjoy sharing what I have learned with people from around the world who come to Tibet to Travel to learn. From them, I gained lot of experiences by working in a variety of environments around the Tibet.
However, I have a lot of experience working with clients from many countries like America, France, Australia, Germany, Russia and so on as a tour guide. I toured many places like Amdo and Kham areas. I believe that I can be able to share Tibetan culture, Buddhism and greenish land of Tibet to brothers and sisters from another parents around the world. I always told myself that more you gain experiences, more you can share things with visitors and more they can understand things from you, the more they can nourish their learning. That’s the true meaning of life because learning never ends.
All in all, I am always fascinatedly learning foreign languages and wanting to gain more experiences, then share to other brothers and sisters because I am also one of visitor on this planet. So, I must try to do something good, something useful, with our lives, because I thought that if I contribute to other people’s happiness, I would find the true goal, the true meaning of life. In additional, travelling with visitors is my happiness because now I can speak multi languages including Tibetan different dialects. Sharing is caring and caring is love that’s how I show rather than tell.
Tsewang Tenzin ཚེ་དབང་བསྟན་འཛིན།
I was born in a beautiful black tent in an ebullient and healthy nomadic family in Amdo, Tibet. I could never ever settle down in a place permanently, I didn‘t know why or maybe I was free style traveller as a nomadic boy. It’s like a traveller without observation is a bird without wind. I moved place to place in order to herd yaks, horses and other animals. I was very happy to not settle down in a place because I learned that home is where you feel at home and are treated well.
Life is all about learning, so I try to learn something new everyday in my life. I always think that happiness is not already made. We have to search for it. But in order to do that we need to learn something new and meaningful something, it will bring the true meaning of happiness.
Along the travelling, I often caught up with questions like why and how? I am very lucky to hear and face these kinds of questions because it’s brought me new ideas to search and study for, as you know that life is like puzzle and I am enjoyed putting in orders. I realized that looking at situations from all angles, and I will become more open mind and more bright future.
I am very prode and been very previleged to be a tibetan. I love my nation, my peaple , my culture. With great gratitude and many respect, I also developed myself in many things about Tibet . My homeland. with many years of traveling and studing( famliy eduction , schooling and social studing ). I would very much like to say how fasniting, how wonderful , how amazing, how beatiful tibet is.
